What is included?
The Base Field Trip price includes the following:
Unlimited access to the Playground Zone including slides, tetherball, rat rollers, corn hole, tire mountain, tire swings, spider web, human foosball, checkers, ball zone and more.
Unlimited access on the Jumbo Jumper
Hayride around the property (offered seasonally)
How much does it cost?
We have some packages available or you can choose from the following what you would like to include for your students.
Base Package – $7.00 per student/chaperone including all of the above activities
ADD ONS:
Pumpkin Package(seasonally) – $10.00 per student includes Base Package plus a small pumpkin for each child
Blast Zone/Battle Zone/Farm Train – $2.00 additional per student per activity
Shaved Ice/Cotton Candy/Kettle Corn – $2.00 per student (selection must be pre-arranged before field trip)
Meals – If added to Base or Pumpkin Package – $5.50 hot dog, $7.50 hamburger, $8.00 cheeseburger meal (served with chips & drink)
Package 1 – $18.50 – Includes Base, Pumpkin, Choice of two activities or snacks (Blast Zone, Battle Zone, Farm Train, Shaved Ice, Cotton Candy or Kettle Corn) and meal choice (Hot dog, Hamburger or Cheeseburger, Chips & Drink)
Package 2 – $20.00 – Includes Base, Pumpkin, Choice of three activities or snacks (Blast Zone, Battle Zone, Farm Train, Shaved Ice, Cotton Candy or Kettle Corn) and meal choice (Hot dog, Hamburger or Cheeseburger, Chips & Drink)
Is there a minimum amount of students needed for a field trip?
All groups must have at least 10 students to qualify for field trip rates. Sales tax will be due for any school/group not able to provide a tax exempt certificate.
When are the field trips?
This fall our field trips dates will be Tuesday’s & Friday’s from October 21st through November 4th, 2025. Please contact us if there is not a date that works for your school and we will do the best to accommodate your schedule. School field trips are available year around on prescheduled dates upon request by emailing us at fieldtrips@theheartlandfamily.com or call us at 863-375-4450.
Home School Days
Homeschool Field Trip date will be October 30th, 2025. Registration will be up soon!
If the date does not work for your group, please contact us and depending on the size of the group, we may be able to include your group on another day. Field trips are available year around for your groups on prescheduled dates upon request by emailing us at fieldtrips@theheartlandfamily.com. Please note sales tax will be due on all admission unless paid as a group with a valid tax exempt certificate.
- Students are welcome to bring extra money for the gift shop.
- School Field Trips – Teachers and School personnel are free. Chaperones for Special needs classes will receive free admission as well.
- The total balance will need to be paid when you arrive for your field trip. To make payment, please bring a check, cash or credit card with you on the day of your visit. Credit cards will have a small fee associated with the transaction. The entire group must be paid for in one transaction. Official school checks will be accepted and should be made out to Heartland Ministries.
Is there a minimum for lunches?
All lunch/snack options must be prearranged, and there is an approximate 50-person minimum unless other arrangements are made directly. We will not have concessions open unless it is requested by the school. A non-refundable deposit may be required, and the total number of students would need to be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the field trip is scheduled.
