Vendor Registration

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please read this in its entirety before registering!
We want to accommodate doing this because of the requests we have had, however, due to the timing, we are unable to manage doing an application and approval process as we normally would to ensure that we do not have duplication of vendor types. We will do the best that we can but if there are specific questions about what types of vendors are registered, please text or call 863-375-4450 before you register and we will do our best to answer as quickly as possible.
If you would like to join us for The Heartland Fall Festival we will be open the following days:
Saturday, Oct 19th 11-5 (Special Event Family Worship night from 6-9 – must provide own lighting)
Sunday, Oct 20th 1-5
Saturday, Oct 26th 11-5
Sunday, Oct 27th 1-5
Vendor Fee (Each Weekend)
$25 Saturday Only
$40 Saturday & Sunday
Limited electric MAY be available for an additional $5 per weekend.
Vendors must have any applicable licenses required for items being sold.
There will be no food trucks allowed. Vendors will not be allowed to sell drinks or food other than baked goods or candy of any kind unless approved in advance. Please contact us at 863-375-4450 if you have questions about items you would like to sell before completing the application.
We reserve the right to refund your application if you do not meet the specifications listed above. Please make sure to reach out if there is any question about that before registering. We reserve the right to require you to remove any items that are deemed not appropriate for our venue.
Vendors must be set up 30 minutes prior to opening and cannot tear down until the event is complete.
